How big a solar system do I need?
It depends on your roof and your power usage, not a one-size number. We read a recent bill, measure your roof from satellite imagery and size the system to cover the load you actually use. Most Canberra homes land between 6.6 kW and 13 kW.
Do you handle the Evoenergy connection and paperwork?
Yes. We take care of the Evoenergy connection application, the STC rebate paperwork and your electrical safety certificate. You don't chase any of it.
How long does an install take?
Most residential installs are done in a day. We confirm timing at the site visit so you know what to expect.
Is my roof suitable?
Tin, tile and flat roofs are all fine. We assess orientation and shading as part of the design and tell you honestly if your roof isn't a good candidate.
Do I need anti-islanding testing?
Every grid-connected solar system in the ACT needs an anti-islanding test every five years. We offer it as a standalone service and can flag when yours is due.
